2024 Domaine du Salvard Cheverny Blanc Penedes Farmed from 30+ years oldWhile the 2023 version of Salvard's Cheverny Blanc had more of a riper, creamier note, perhaps owing to the 15% Chardonnay in the blend, the '24 is more of a Sancerre look alike. It's the same blend, 85% Sauvignon Blanc, 15% Chardonnay, but that just goes to show that vintages are all a bit different. Vive la diffrence!
