George T Stagg 2023 BTAC - 750ml Michter's 10 Year Straight Rye 2016 Meticulously crafted by Suntory's masterThis uncut and unfiltered bourbon was distilled in the Spring of 2008 and bottled in the Fall of 2023. The barrels used had an age of no less than 15 years 3 month. Coming in at a robust 135 proof (67. 5% abv) the bourbon packs a punch. On the nose you get a wave of cinnamon and cherry cola. The well balanced palate lends a mix of leather, chocolate and vanilla frosting. As the heat dissipates, the long lasting earthy finish rounds out the sweetness
