Enfleurage Resting Chocolate™ - Smith Tea Big Hibiscus & 70% Madagascar floral Read about all of ourThis dark and sweet floral pairing is not just hibiscus and chocolate, it's Smith Tea's Big Hibiscus and our 70% dark chocolate from Madagascar. The naturally occurring coca butter in our mendiant disks absorbs an ambient fragrance (like hibiscus tea) and transforms it into flavor through the enfleurage process. We call it resting chocolate because we literally rest the chocolate next to a different aromatic, making a uniquely complex and beautifully
