Micro mosaic is made by using tiny pieces of multicoloured cut glass set in intricate floral patterns and set into brass. This type of jewellery was predominantly made in Italy. Micro mosaic was sold to the Victorian ladies in the early and mid 19th century when tourism was on a high in Rome. The earrings are slightly different in colour, one being blue and one being green,
