The Honey is unique in that it is has candy like taste, similar to red candy apple. Note, we do not heat pasteurized or ultra filter our honey, so all the good pollen and propolis is still remain. Note: Because we do not filter or heat treat, natural honey may crystalize solidify quickly, so place in a pan of hot water to liquefy.
