The fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats and maceration lasted for 20 days at a controlled temperature. Shortly after alcoholic fermentation, the wine is transferred into oak barrels where malolactic fermentation takes place and where it remained for ageing. Once bottled, the wine remains stored in the estate for refinement prior to release. This wine expresses
