Pattes Loup Chablis 1er Cru 'Beauregard Mise Tardive' 2022 Appellation | California Produced at the hands ofFrench for Wolfs Paws, Domaine Pattes Loup was founded by Thomas Pico back in 2005, located in the village of Courgis, just outside of Chablis. His 2. 4 hectares of low yielding vines are farmed all organically, grown at altitudes of up to 300 meters. Beauregard comes from 30 55 year old vines, fermented naturally and aged in used oak. Textured and crisp, showing a unique depth, balanced by traditional Chablis zestiness.
