BiE Wild Cider Rosé Vino Libero just south of ParmaCrafted from apples from our organic high stem orchard, this cider undergoes a natural (wild) fermentation with only 20mg L of sulfite added during pressing. After pressing, Pinot Noir ros grape skins were infused with the cider for two weeks, creating a delicate ros cider with added Pinot Noir character.
