Illawarra Plum 'Sloe-Style' Fruit Gin Past Products A true celebration of ourDescription Our take on a native sloe gin, we macerate native Illawarra Plums for 12 months in our gin, only releasing it once the spirit is bursting with juicy berry flavour. We then add some natural cane sugar to balance the bitterness from the native plums resulting in an endlessly sippable spirit.
