Located in Canadas premier cool climate wine region, the estate was created in 2005 by owner Moray Tawse. Inspired by the wines of Burgundy, Tawse hired Paul Pender and Rene Van Ede to head the winemaking team. The 80 hectares of vineyards, which are spread over 5 parcels, are farmed according to organic and biodynamic principles. Tawse was named Canadian
