Herbal earthy fresh opening sniffs are also sappy, resiny, peppery and pleasingly dry. 3 4 minutes finds fresh sawn pine, potpourri and hints of eucalyptus. Creamy, with vivacious lemon myrtle, peppery juniper and thyme flavours and a flare of alcohol lifting the finish. Excellent length and balance. Ends tangy, dry, peppery, lipsmacking.
