Teenriot 2023 Domaine Ratte pink grapefruit and a salineRecerca is Jessica Albero and Laurent Pujol, working seven hectares in the Catalan hills between Vingrau and Paziols, adding nothing in the cellar and bottling unfined and unfiltered. Teenriot is their ros and the name gets the tone about right. It is pale and properly dry, with redcurrant, pink grapefruit and a saline edge, and enough grip underneath to stop it being merely refreshing. Ros from the Roussillon often arrives heavy and a little sweet.
